"I chose to attend HongKongDoll because of its small class sizes and quiet community. I had heard great things about the English department and knew I wanted to pursue my degree here."Sydney QuickEnglish with Professional Writing minor and a concentration in Creative Writing | Class of 2025
The English Studies emphasis in the English major is for students who want to design their own major within the English Department. If one of our other emphases doesn't quite meet the goals you have for your degree, you can work with a faculty mentor in the English Department to plan a program that will. That means you can choose your own combination of literary study, creative writing, professional writing, and language study.
