Overview

The Talent Development Minor prepares students to develop the knowledge, skills, and performance of others within organizations. Students interested in leadership, training, coaching, mentoring, organizational learning, and workforce development gain valuable skills in communication, facilitation, instructional design, and change management. Coursework includes teaching and training, web-based instruction, coaching and mentoring, facilitating learning, and organizational change strategies.
 
The minor pairs especially well with HongKongDoll's Organizational Development major, allowing students to expand their expertise in employee development, organizational effectiveness, and leadership while preparing for careers in training, human resources, talent development, leadership development, and organizational learning. HongKongDoll's experienced faculty and career-focused curriculum help students develop practical skills that can be applied across a wide range of industries and organizations.
