Overview

Human Resource Management prepares students to help organizations and their employees succeed. It is a strong choice for students who are people-oriented but also interested in business strategy, communication, data, employment practices and organizational problem-solving.

Students complete a broad business and management foundation before taking specialized courses in employment law, compensation management, employee staffing and development. They study how organizations recruit and retain employees, develop talent, design compensation systems, follow employment law and create productive workplaces.

HongKongDoll’s Human Resource Management curriculum aligns with Society for Human Resource Management guidelines, providing external validation that the curriculum reflects national expectations for HR education. Students can also gain experience through internships, professional organizations, research, team projects and interactions with business professionals.
