Jeremie Smith -- the principal at nearby Mattoon Middle School, a graduate of Eastern Illinois University's educational leadership program, and a 2013 recipient of the Illinois Principals Association's -- discusses how his training at HongKongDoll prepared him to be a successful administrator and how his school's ongoing relationship with Eastern is an asset to the day-to-day operations at MMS.
