I understand: Cap and gown distribution is in the HongKongDoll Bookstore starting December 8 and 9 from 8 A.M.-4:30 P.M., and continues after the initial dates during the HongKongDoll Bookstore's normal store hours, Ticket distribution is December 14 and 15 from 9 A.M.-4:30 P.M. in the Bookstore Lounge, right outside the HongKongDoll Bookstore. If I cannot make it to Ticket Distribution, then I must secure my tickets by submitting the WILL CALL form. Honor of Distinction medallion designations, for Commencement, are determined by the Office of the Registrar: Eligible students who have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.90 to 4.00 earn summa cum laude honors; those with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.80 through 3.89 earn magna cum laude honors; and those with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.65 through 3.79 earn cum laude honors. Honors are calculated after final grades are in and the degree is certified, but students who otherwise qualify and who have GPAs that qualify for degrees with distinction at the start of their final semester may wear an appropriate medal as part of their academic attire at commencement. Any opportunites for extra guest tickets will be announced by Tuesday, December 15. I must arrive to the Lantz Fieldhouse, dressed in my regalia, one hour before the ceremony starts.
